I used John before and know how he and his guys work . With very little notice John and his team did a fantastic job on my garden inc Fencing Landscape Astro turf And tree pruning. Perfect job Job John thank you .

Something for you to polish: Phenomenal service from start to finish! We recently hired John and his team to relay and extend our path and driveway, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From our very first meeting, John was brilliant to deal with. He really took the time to understand what we wanted, gave us some great advice on the layout, and gave us a completely fair and honest quote. The actual work was flawless. The guys turned up on time every day, worked their socks off, and kept everything incredibly tidy as they went. Their attention to detail is spot on—the lines are perfectly sharp, the drainage is sorted, and the finish looks top-tier. They didn't just rush through it; they genuinely cared about doing a proper job and respected our property. The new driveway and path have completely transformed the front of our house. We’ve already had a few neighbors stopping by to say how great it looks! If you’re looking for a reliable, hard-working, and skilled team, honestly look no further than John. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

John and his team done an amazing job on my driveway. The guys was polite and cleaned up everything after they was finished. Would highly recommend them.

Great company great staff there work is to a very high standards but more than that they are clean tidy and very respectful of all around they dug up and block paved my hole driveway and layed a lovely patio to the rear of my property as well Great work for a fair price they was also happy to change things for me if I wanted something changed mid build with no extra charge

We had our driveway and garden completed today. The team were polite and accommodating. John helped to guide me with the colour and presentation of my chosen designs and I'm really pleased with the results. Very hardworking guys who were respectful when going through the house to the back garden and cleaned up after each working day. Would recommend

Another exceptional job from John team Work carried out in a highest standard Thank you

An excellent job by these guys who worked their socks off for fours days solid, removing my old patio and laying down a new one (over 60m squared in total). They were polite, professional, hard working and most of all did a quality job. In fact I was so pleased with the results that I then booked them to replace my front drive, which they did just two weeks later. Once again they did a quality job with excellent results and all drive work was completed in just three days.

Fantastic service from advanced drive and patios so competent, skilled and knowledgeable and reasonably priced highly recommended

Had drive installed in2024 because of the hot weather 2026 my drive sunk a call to John he said he would come to have a look when he came round he said no problem it was covered under the guarantee they came a week later lifted 80% of the drive layed new sand and relayed the blocks excellent service

We had our back garden completely redone by John and the team at Advanced back in April, including a brand-new patio and fresh grass, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole experience was brilliant. The team were polite, friendly, incredibly hardworking and clearly very good at what they do. Everything was completed efficiently, but there was absolutely no compromise on quality — the attention to detail was second to none. John came over every day to check on the progress and make sure we were happy with everything, as well as giving us the opportunity to raise any issues or make any changes along the way. We didn’t actually have any, but it was so reassuring to have that level of communication throughout the job. Our garden has been completely transformed and we’re still so pleased with it months later. We’re hoping to have our front garden done next year and Advanced will be the first people we contact. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking to have any work done and Advanced offer the service you need, go with them — you won’t regret it!

John and his team were amazing, through from quoting on the job, turning up on time, finishing in good time and leaving everything tidy. Excellent value. We are returning customers and will certainly return again in the future should we need to. Fantastic service. Thank you, Kristie

If I could give 10 stars I would. John and his team landscaped my garden just over 10 years ago and I called him back to replace my lawn as it had got infected with California Clover and having 3 Poodles the Velcro balls it produced was horrendous getting in there fur, I tried everything to kill it but gave up so I called John he came in removed the lawn, put new topsoil and new lawn he even cleaned the patio he laid 10 years ago and re-pointed it all it looks like new again, all in 3 days, John’s team are polite and hardworking and my garden looks amazing again. Thank you so much

We have had a new driveway, bollards, wall, paths and gates installed by John and his extremely hardworking team, completed in 4 days. From the quote through to completion, the project has run smoothly - starting on the date booked, finishing within expected timeframe and cost , showing courtesy to neighbours and the site kept clean and tidy every day. John was available multiple times every day for us to ask any questions and addressed concerns immediately. We are very pleased with our new driveway, the quality of work and have had compliments from neighbours. We would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Drives & Patios By Design Ltd.

Im very pleased and impressed with the work from Advanced Paving from start to finish. John came and assessed it all and within 10 days, they came and took only 2 days to dig the old front garden out and put in a lovely new driveway, which looks absolutely excellent! They all worked so hard and goodness knows how they did it all in just 2 days. But they did, and they even thought to put in drainage because the garden has a gentle slope towards the house. The blocked paving is beautiful and the magnolia tree was made into a very tasteful feature! Well done everyone of you! I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent work to my property very professional and friendly recommend by family who had excellent work done to there property too

Exceptional service from start to finish! We used Johnny and his team to completely rip out our driveway and front garden and install a new one with proper drainage, boarders, a new fence and a step to our front door. Communication and attention to detail was fantastic throughout. Thank you for your hard work!

Huge thanks to John and his excellent team for the amazing patio and path they have laid for us. It is hard to find a company that you feel you can trust with their ideas and the workforce they employ. The team that built our patio worked tirelessly and were both polite and courteous. They stayed late most days to ensure the project was completed on time and was well finished. At no time did we feel pressured to decide by John, who was always there to answer any questions that we had. We would have no hesitation in recommending John and his team. Thanks Guys

I’m extremely happy with the work Advance Patio and Driveway company did on my driveway interlock paving. They did such an excellent job that I called them back to complete my backyard as well. The quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. They also installed both my front and backyard fences, and everything turned out beautifully. The team was reliable, hardworking, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality paving and fencing work. Great job all around!
