Had John and his team complete patio and turfing works in our garden, him and his guys were so professional ,neat and tidy from start to finish, John would pop by everyday check the job was going to plan and regularly update us with what the guys would be carrying out next, his guys work extremely hard. Couldn’t be more impressed. Professional from start to finish. John talked me through my options, helping me decide what style and lay out to go for. The guys arrived early and worked non stop all day. I had a new drive laid, fencing, new turf and a raised flower bed, with all the work completed in under a week. They even removed some waste I had in my garden and cleared my blocked drains. The work looks better than I imagined. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this type of work.

We chose Advanced to completely redo our driveway and replace worn out decking with a patio as they had carried out work on quite a lot of houses in our area and the quality of their work is superb. John was great at helping us decide what we wanted, his guys were always on time and polite, they worked really hard and always cleared up at the end of the day. John came round every day to make sure we were happy with the work and the job was finished exactly when he said it would be. The results were even better than we expected, and it's no surprise that John keeps getting work around here! We would highly recommend Advanced.
Advanced Paving have done 2 big jobs for us twice now. They are professional, always courteous of your property & surroundings. The guys are friendly & polite. They work hard to get the job done. We will definitely be using Advanced Paving again for our next project in the near future.
Once again, John and his team have come up trumps. I have had a lot of work done by John in the past and he has always done a good job. This time I have had the front lawns removed (full of weeds!) and then slate, with patio slabs, installed, with edging round the flower beds. All done in two days, the first team worked all day to remove the old lawn and soil and then the second team (Daniel and James) finished everything off. The area was left clean and tidy and all rubbish was taken away. I have no problems recommending John and his team for a good, quick, professional job.
Quality. That is the only word that comes to mind when reviewing this company.Without an ounce of exaggerating, I’m glad I chose them because they’ve completely transformed my front drive. Have a look at the ‘before and after’ drone shots I took.The front of my house looks even more beautiful now and it’s probably added value to it too now.I can tell that Johnny takes good care of his customers and it is admirable how he manages his business. Doing your driveway is a big purchase but he was a very fair man in negotiating and making sure that you’re left feeling happy. He will do everything it takes to make the finished job look excellent and not leave things looking half-decent. That’s what I mean by quality with these guys.He came to quote a few months ago, I wasn’t at home but he still called me to tell me the quote. Fastforward 3 months later, I called him and he came out again to make sure we were on the same page.The work was supposed to start 8th October but he brought it forward by a whole week. Perfect for me as it means I can park the guest’s cars for my daughter’s birthday party in a couple of days.The boys working on the patio are grafters and get on with the job without any complaints, they are worth their weight in gold. Bler who lays the patios was super fast and careful to cut the blocks up properly and fit them to look neat.Really appreciate the work that’s gone in this and I hope to see the driveway last for years. Absolutely Outstanding!I’ve never know anyone work harder than they guys did….They would turn up at 7.30am every morning, including the weekend and work at least 10 hours a day, sometimes longer, only stopping for lunch and John (the boss) would regularly drop round to check everything was going to plan. We were kept up to date every step of the way. Communication is key and they have shovels of it.We had our driveway paved with cobbles and the back garden was in a terrible state so we had it landscaped and at the end of the garden they’ve made a 6 meter by 6 metre concrete base for a cabin and we were absolutely blown away by the transformation and the attention to detail is second to none..I’ve added some photos and please note, it was all done in 6 days…..If anyone would like to come and see what they’ve then you’re very welcome to…….
John and his team did a great job on our driveway putting down lovely cobble block paving. They also laid sandstone paving in the back garden. They arrived on time and worked hard every day doing a very professional job. Extremely clean and tidy. John said it would take 3 days and it did!
Having had a back garden makeover completed by Advanced just over a year ago it was time to get John and the crew in to do a complete makeover of our front garden. Familiar faces turned up and, as we previously saw with the back garden, they all worked extremely hard, were polite and completed the job on schedule. We are very pleased with the end result and several neighbours have also made favourable comments. We were kept informed as to what would happen when, the site was left tidy at the end of each day and John called round regularly to check on progress. Thank you to John and the team for my lovely patio. They were such a polite and hard working team. The work was completed in 4 days despite me having a change of mind over the length of the planters and John having to rearrange workmen to take out what had just been put in and redo part of the patio. I have used this company twice. I initially used them to landscape my back garden. This was a terraced garden with 3 levels, including 2 patios and artificial grass as well as curved walls and flower beds.18 months later they block paved the front garden. John (the boss) is so helpful. He visited the site frequently during the day and worked with me to plan and design exactly how I wanted things. All the workers are polite, friendly and respectful. I found them all very hardworking. Very quick to return for any snagging problemsI can highly recommend this company .

I required a range of work done including Paving, Fencing, Brick Wall, Drainage and landscaping. John provided a competitive written quote, and explained exactly how to job was going to be carried out and how long it would take. No deposit was required when I agreed to the quote, and work commenced as promised. The team arrived promptly every day and quickly started work clearing the site. Extra people were brought to site as required as the different areas of the job progressed i.e. bricklayers, block pavers ,etc. Work continued until completion of the job and was fully project managed by John ensuring that all building materials arrived on site when required. All rubbish was immediately cleared every day, leaving no disruption to our neighbours. I had a progress report from John every evening , and walked through the job on the final day to ensure that I was 100% happy with the work, and rectify any minor snagging points. Payment was only required once I was fully satisfied. I have no hesitation in recommending john and his team.
This is the second time I've used John and the team at Advanced. They did such a great job on my driveway that I got them to completely re do my Garden with all new paving, fences and grass. As always, John is super professional and he and his team take a lot of pride in doing a great job. They always clean up after every day and disruption to neighbours is non existent. I will always use them fir any other things I need doing.

Johnny and his team, were hardworking, helpful and a great bunch of guys, the work was completed to a great standard, I am retired and spent a lot of time with the guys, it was a good laugh and the work came first every time, Johnny manages all of his jobs and gives input on every job, making sure that the work is completed to a high standard. The surrounding area of the site is meticulously cleaned everyday. Disruption to other residents and us was minimal, the work was completed in 5 days.
