Just had john and the guys complete our old sunken driveway back to how it should have been laid in the first place. the guys were so efficient polite and tidy and they worked like machines

Huge thank you to John and his team! We have just had fencing replaced on both sides of our driveway and the whole experience was great! John made every effort to pop round to measure up and quote the job precisely. Communication was great- following up with us promptly once giving us time to discuss the quotes given. Once the job was agreed, John set a date and time for the work to start and his whole team arrived promptly and got straight to work! The whole process was seamless with no concerns … and if any queries arose the team discussed each step with us to make sure we were happy with the progress. Really happy with the work completed and not only will we be contacting John when we are ready for our driveway to be completed- we will also be recommending Advanced Drives and Patios to friends and family.

John and the team are brilliant, they have now completed my garden patio and driveway. They are efficient and do a great job.

I am so impressed by the work done by John, Leon and Gabi. From the first time John came round to listen to to my ideas for a low maintenance garden through to when it was finished. It was everything I asked for. They all worked effectively, were very polite and cleaned up at the end of the working day. I would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish it was smooth. Johnny came and quoted us for patio and driveway. Booked us in as soon as. Had a team on site everyday at 8 pm. No messing around they finished the job leaving it tidy everyday. Said it would take 5 days to complete both and 5 days is what it took!

We were referred to Advanced when they built a wall in the drive for our daughter’s neighbour. John got in touch with us quickly and came round to discuss options and prices. We had a whole new patio in the rear garden and a new front step. The price was very competitive and included clearance of the crazy paving (which we hated) the decking and the old summerhouse. It was all cleared and disposed of with no fuss.
The work was completed on schedule despite one day being a complete wash out - heavy rain. All of the workers were polite, friendly and considerate at all times. John regularly checked in during the days, to make sure we were happy with how work was progressing, and was always accessible on his mobile to respond to any questions. Some suggestions on the type of slabs and edging were very good. In particular the proposal to extend the patio all the way to the rear of the garden for our new summerhouse (due in January) rather than a separate concrete base - at no extra cost. Overall we are delighted with the finished product. The photos don’t do it full justice as obviously this was done during winter. We would have no hesitation recommending John to others. We are extremely pleased with the amazing job that John and his team have carried out! We had both drives and patio completely replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. I can strongly recommend John and his team. Access to my back garden was via my neighbours side entrance and through the fence which was always left clean and tidy with the fence panel replaced and gate locked each evening. I had a small patio extended, a shed turned around, a step to make easier access into the garden, and a good quality artificial lawn laid; the original patio and path were cleaned and sealed along with new part so it all looked new.

The job finished ahead of schedule, all of the team were polite and friendly and John confirmed that we were happy with the progress throughout.

We were fitted in at short notice as I had internal work about to start which worked out well and I would have no hesitation in recommending Advanced and have in fact already handed out some of their cards

This was our second project for John and his team, replacing the final area of an old, tired patio and we wasn’t disappointed.
Like last time, John discussed with us in depth, his plan for the new patio, including drainage, a new drain cover and a new step up to the garage.
As before, the teams’ work ethic is phenomenal, clearing and cleaning up as they go, leaving no rubbish and hosing down.

Can't recommend Advance drives enough, they have been brilliant from start to finish. I originally started my back garden myself and asked John to give me a quote to finish it when they was doing my neighbours garden. The only think I wish I had done differently is to get them to do it all. The guys were very professional and John kept in constant contact throughout and nothing was to much trouble for them. They corrected a few errors I had made and it now looks brilliant.

Whilst taking my dog for walks, I used to walk past a nearby house everyday and absolutely adored their immaculate and beautiful drive way. I kept saying to myself I must ask them who they got it done by because honestly, it was beautiful. I was so glad when I bumped into the home owners outside their house and they gave me Johnny's number and highly recommended Johnny and his company. Johnny organised to come round and cast an eye over my back garden (which was an eye sore and was driving me absolutely mad, my garden that is, not Johnny!). I didn't know what I wanted so I was open to inspo, I told Johnny my budget and he threw some ideas into the air. In all honesty, I didn't even do any research into the company, didn't look at past reviews or even get other companies in for more quotes because there was a massive sense of authenticity and professionalism which I picked up from him immediately and i knew i trusted his judgement. I went ahead with these guys and honestly, they exceeded expectations. Johnny was amazing in his communication, they were always here promptly and on time and would work long hours to get my garden done and completely transformed my garden in 2 days. They were super efficient, respectful and done a sterling job. I can't believe how much work went into the garden for the price of the job and I am very impressed. I cannot recommend enough and I certainly will be using these guys for my front garden very soon. Update: since the above review I have moved house and called Johnny and his team in to do the driveway because I know from previous experience what he delivers. He did not disappoint once again. I only only reiterate how professional, efficient and beautifully done the driveway was. As we live on a busy road too, we had many people stop and complement the driveway and the work being done and people also took the company's details for their own work. Highly recommend. Will always be a returning customer.

I Can’t recommend Advanced drives and patios enough. From start to finish John and he’s team were great, always turning up on time and leaving everything as tidy as possible at the end of the day. John gave us excellent advise as our drive suffers from poor drainage and now we have plenty of drainage and a stunning looking drive. At the end of the job the guys spent over an hour cleaning the path way and road of all materials and waste. The fence and the raised flower bed replacing the old wall are perfect and exactly what we wanted. We will be getting the back to do our patio in the back garden 👍🏻

They finished the job to an exceptional standard and left the drive and work areas tidy throughout the job, resulting in a totally transformed space. I couldn’t recommend highly enough, the guys come in and get the job done quickly and to a high standard.

A pleasure working with John from start to finish. He helped with ideas, gave great advice and was not pushy at all in the quote phase. He gave a quote detailing all that was included and which also allowed for some flexibility of choice even during the build. He beat his estimated starting date and the 3 different teams who did the work (different team for each phase) were all very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with the result and the transformation we have had on our front drive. Would not hesitate to use John and team again in the future.
