My husband and myself wanted to have our front garden converted to a smart drive for more secure parking and we were recommended by our neighbours who had had their drive done by Advanced Drives and Patios. From the start with our first phone call to the company we spoke to Jonny who’s company it is, he was very knowledgeable and professional and also very helpful and friendly from the start we agreed an appointment for him to come to our house to discuss how he could help us, we were so impressed by his service and upfront manner we were happy to stop our search and use his company to build us our new drive. I cannot praise this company enough it took 2 days yes 2 days from the landscaping and the dismantling of my front garden, to the completion of my beautiful new drive, his team were very hard working lads and professional also friendly, they all had their own jobs to do and got on with it, at the end of the day all garden waste and there was a lot of it was taken away, nothing was left they even hosed the pavement and our shared driveway before they left for the day. The next day a completely different team came, they were the builders, again very friendly men and professional and got on with their jobs no messing, again very hard workers who cleaned up after themselves at all times Nothing was left to chance, Jonny would check in with his team to see how things were progressing now and again, not that they needed checking on tho. At the end of the day our new drive was complete and I’ve got to say it’s gorgeous, you can see the good workmanship and we are very happy we used this company, and would totally recommend them they are a great local company, their prices are very competitive and relevant to the market, their drive has a 10 year guarantee certificate which is presented by Jonny to you on completion no money is charged until Jonny is certain that you are happy with the work done. 😊😊

We were referred to Advanced when they built a wall in the drive for our daughter’s neighbour. John got in touch with us quickly and came round to discuss options and prices. We had a whole new patio in the rear garden and a new front step. The price was very competitive and included clearance of the crazy paving (which we hated) the decking and the old summerhouse. It was all cleared and disposed of with no fuss.
The work was completed on schedule despite one day being a complete wash out - heavy rain. All of the workers were polite, friendly and considerate at all times. John regularly checked in during the days, to make sure we were happy with how work was progressing, and was always accessible on his mobile to respond to any questions. Some suggestions on the type of slabs and edging were very good. In particular the proposal to extend the patio all the way to the rear of the garden for our new summerhouse (due in January) rather than a separate concrete base - at no extra cost. Overall we are delighted with the finished product. The photos don’t do it full justice as obviously this was done during winter. We would have no hesitation recommending John to others. We are extremely pleased with the amazing job that John and his team have carried out! We had both drives and patio completely replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. They all worked extremely hard, while showing the utmost respect to our home and ourselves. I can strongly recommend John and his team. Access to my back garden was via my neighbours side entrance and through the fence which was always left clean and tidy with the fence panel replaced and gate locked each evening. I had a small patio extended, a shed turned around, a step to make easier access into the garden, and a good quality artificial lawn laid; the original patio and path were cleaned and sealed along with new part so it all looked new.

The job finished ahead of schedule, all of the team were polite and friendly and John confirmed that we were happy with the progress throughout.

We were fitted in at short notice as I had internal work about to start which worked out well and I would have no hesitation in recommending Advanced and have in fact already handed out some of their cards

This was our second project for John and his team, replacing the final area of an old, tired patio and we wasn’t disappointed.
Like last time, John discussed with us in depth, his plan for the new patio, including drainage, a new drain cover and a new step up to the garage.
As before, the teams’ work ethic is phenomenal, clearing and cleaning up as they go, leaving no rubbish and hosing down.

Can't recommend Advance drives enough, they have been brilliant from start to finish. I originally started my back garden myself and asked John to give me a quote to finish it when they was doing my neighbours garden. The only think I wish I had done differently is to get them to do it all. The guys were very professional and John kept in constant contact throughout and nothing was to much trouble for them. They corrected a few errors I had made and it now looks brilliant.

Advanced drives and patios are amazing and recently worked on a large-scale garden transformation for us, and we highly recommend them.

From the outset, John demonstrated exceptional customer service and an incredible attention to detail. His calm nature, nothing was an issue and he took the time to fully understand our vision, providing expert advice while also listening carefully to our ideas. His commitment to ensuring that our project met our exact specifications was evident throughout.

Our project was a substantial three-week undertaking, involving the construction of walls, stairs, two patio areas, and a footpath extending from the front to the back of our home. Whilst taking my dog for walks, I used to walk past a nearby house everyday and absolutely adored their immaculate and beautiful drive way. I kept saying to myself I must ask them who they got it done by because honestly, it was beautiful. I was so glad when I bumped into the home owners outside their house and they gave me Johnny's number and highly recommended Johnny and his company. Johnny organised to come round and cast an eye over my back garden (which was an eye sore and was driving me absolutely mad, my garden that is, not Johnny!). I didn't know what I wanted so I was open to inspo, I told Johnny my budget and he threw some ideas into the air. In all honesty, I didn't even do any research into the company, didn't look at past reviews or even get other companies in for more quotes because there was a massive sense of authenticity and professionalism which I picked up from him immediately and i knew i trusted his judgement. I went ahead with these guys and honestly, they exceeded expectations. Johnny was amazing in his communication, they were always here promptly and on time and would work long hours to get my garden done and completely transformed my garden in 2 days. They were super efficient, respectful and done a sterling job. I can't believe how much work went into the garden for the price of the job and I am very impressed. I cannot recommend enough and I certainly will be using these guys for my front garden very soon. Update: since the above review I have moved house and called Johnny and his team in to do the driveway because I know from previous experience what he delivers. He did not disappoint once again. I only only reiterate how professional, efficient and beautifully done the driveway was. As we live on a busy road too, we had many people stop and complement the driveway and the work being done and people also took the company's details for their own work. Highly recommend. Will always be a returning customer.

I Can’t recommend Advanced drives and patios enough. From start to finish John and he’s team were great, always turning up on time and leaving everything as tidy as possible at the end of the day. John gave us excellent advise as our drive suffers from poor drainage and now we have plenty of drainage and a stunning looking drive. At the end of the job the guys spent over an hour cleaning the path way and road of all materials and waste. The fence and the raised flower bed replacing the old wall are perfect and exactly what we wanted. We will be getting the back to do our patio in the back garden 👍🏻

John and the team provided an excellent service, replacing and extending our old block paving driveway. They finished the job to an exceptional standard and left the drive and work areas tidy throughout the job, resulting in a totally transformed space. I couldn’t recommend highly enough, the guys come in and get the job done quickly and to a high standard.

A pleasure working with John from start to finish. He helped with ideas, gave great advice and was not pushy at all in the quote phase. He gave a quote detailing all that was included and which also allowed for some flexibility of choice even during the build. He beat his estimated starting date and the 3 different teams who did the work (different team for each phase) were all very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with the result and the transformation we have had on our front drive. Would not hesitate to use John and team again in the future.

John and the guys were so attentive and absolutely transformed our garden! Our garden looks so much bigger than it did before, and we were even able to make a few little changes along the way which was no problem for them. They cleaned up at the end of every day and even jet washed my car which saved me a job! Would 100% recommend 🙂
